At Buttr_ Skincare, customer satisfaction is very important to us. We take great care in creating and shipping our products. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns & Refund Eligibility

Due to the nature of skincare and personal care products, we do not accept returns or refunds once the product has been opened or used, for hygiene and safety reasons.

However, refunds or replacements may be applicable in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged product

  • You received a defective product

  • You received the wrong product

Reporting an Issue

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order ID

  • Clear photos or video of the product and packaging

  • Brief description of the issue

Requests raised after 48 hours may not be accepted.

Refund Process

Once your request is reviewed and approved:

  • A replacement will be shipped at no additional cost
    OR

  • A refund will be initiated to your original payment method

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
The credited amount may take additional time to reflect in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

  • Orders placed with incorrect shipping details

  • Minor packaging variations that do not affect product quality

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

  • Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer product exchanges unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
