At Buttr_ Skincare, we prioritize hygiene, safety, and product quality. Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.

Return Eligibility

Due to the personal care nature of our products, returns are not accepted once the product has been opened or used.

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged product

  • You received a defective product

  • You received an incorrect product

Return Request Timeline

To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Requests made after this period will not be considered.

How to Request a Return

Please email us with the following details:

  • Order ID

  • Clear photos or video of the product and outer packaging

  • A brief explanation of the issue

Return Approval

Once we receive and review your request:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

  • If approved, we will provide instructions for the return or replacement.

Return Shipping

  • In case of approved returns due to our error (damaged/defective/wrong product), return shipping will be arranged or reimbursed by Buttr_ Skincare.

  • We are not responsible for damage caused during return shipping if returned without approval.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage

  • Orders with incorrect shipping details provided by the customer

  • Minor packaging differences that do not affect product quality

Replacement Policy

If your return is approved, we will:

  • Ship a replacement product at no additional cost
    OR

  • Offer a refund, at our discretion (as per Refund Policy)
