Return Eligibility
Due to the personal care nature of our products, returns are not accepted once the product has been opened or used.
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

Return Request Timeline
To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Requests made after this period will not be considered.
How to Request a Return

Once we receive and review your request:

Return Shipping

In case of approved returns due to our error (damaged/defective/wrong product), return shipping will be arranged or reimbursed by Buttr_ Skincare.

We are not responsible for damage caused during return shipping if returned without approval.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for:

Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage

Orders with incorrect shipping details provided by the customer

Minor packaging differences that do not affect product quality
Replacement Policy
If your return is approved, we will:
